Tab is awesome! He is genuine and truly cares about his customer and their needs. I had a good experience purchasing a used vehicle and trading in my previous vehicle. Sales staff was attentive and the finance department was thorough in providing all details and getting the paperwork processed quickly. I am satisfied with my purchase and the fair value provided for my trade in, which matched another dealerships offer. The truck was cleaned up VERY WELL after getting the paperwork processed to drive it home in style. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is the truck has wheel lock lugs on all 4 wheels, and the key is missing, requiring additional cost after the initial purchase.
UPDATE; I provided the invoice for the cost of a replacement key and locking lug set and was fully reimbursed by the manager at Dodge of Burnsville. 5/5 stars. A simple mistake was correctly fully.

Purchased a new car after driving a hand me down for forever, so obviously I had lots of questions. Staff was super patient and concise even when I had more questions after my simonizing and undercoating appointment.
Brought my car in for it's first oil change since purchasing it and the staff was just as amazing as ever! Had a nail in one of my tires, and they patched it at no charge since I was using a complimentary oil change coupon. Love these guys!
I've had my car for about a year and half now and the service is never a disappointment.
UPDATE: Time keeps going on with my Jeep and the service at Dodge is still just as good as ever. They do a great job explaining the services, as well as suggesting packages that help save me money. Speedy and wonderful work.
