Recently, I had the pleasure of dealing with the customer service team at Midwest Volleyball Warehouse, and I must say that I was blown away by their exceptional service. I purchased a volleyball from them, but unfortunately, the ball turned out to be defective. When they contacted the manufacturer about the issue, they refused to honor the exchange, leaving me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

However, Midwest reached out and explained the situation, they immediately took action to make things right. Despite the manufacturer's refusal to help, the customer service team at Midwest went above and beyond to ensure that I received a new, functional volleyball.

Their prompt and efficient response to my request was impressive, but what really stood out to me was the kindness and empathy that they displayed throughout the process. They were genuinely concerned about my satisfaction and took every step necessary to ensure that I was a happy customer.

I am so grateful to Midwest for their exceptional service and willingness to go the extra mile to honor my exchange, even when the manufacturer would not. They have won my loyalty and my respect, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of quality sporting goods and outstanding customer service.

Beautiful facility, it is a shame the parking is so bad. Parking here is downright a nightmare. This facility should have been built further back or facing the opposite direction. Finding a spot to park and then having to walk COMPLETELY around the building is dangerous. Our team has played games here for two winters and everyone of us dread coming here. It is also hit and miss with the admission people. Sometimes they can be downright rude.
