I called and received excellent and friendly service, and same-day delivery of a lift chair we needed for a family member. The delivery team was friendly and helpful, and the chair itself was perfect (very clean, in great condition, and just what we needed). Would highly recommend!

They were always helpful and totally prompt in deliveries which was so appreciated when you are ordering medical equipment for a family member who has to rely on them. I rented 3 items (including a lift chair) for one month in preparation for a major surgery I was having to aid in my recovery at home. I was concerned about renting medical equipment especially during COVID, but the process, including delivery and pick up, couldn't have been easier or safer. The chair in particular was a complete lifesaver! The prices were fantastic and the customer service was also excellent and personable. Metro Medical Homecare was a great company to work with for a scooter rental during my aunt's visit for Thanksgiving. Josh explained the rental process clearly over the phone and offered to allow us a few extra days free since they would be closed over the Thanksgiving weekend. That is great customer consideration and rare these days. They have a good selection of scooter types and sizes and had the exact one that my aunt uses at home. The scooter was in perfect condition, basically like brand new and was easy to take apart and assemble for transporting in our SUV. The pick up and drop off from their location was a pleasant experience with very friendly and efficient staff. I would definitely recommend using them for your mobility scooter rental needs.

Absolutely great company to work with and reasonably priced! My father was coming to visit from California, we rented a mobility scooter from Metro Medical for 2 weeks. The company delivered and picked up from Metro area to St. Peter (no added cost), and the scooter was clean, new and exactly what we needed for my father to enjoy his time in MN.
