Very little waiting time on the day of my appointment. All staff was very professional and polite. Dr. Murar had a very easy demeanor, was easy to speak with and provided clear information regarding my injury and follow up.

I broke my shoulder in January 2021 Dr. Murar repaired the brake in February 2021. I could not move my arm and shoulder very well after words. Physical therapy did not help much. Dr Murar made the decision to do a total reverse shoulder replacement in November 2021 that was the best decision ever.. No more pain and every day with therapy is getting better I'm getting my life back doing the things I love to do like sewing quilts and baking again. Best decision ever thank you Dr Murar and Twin City Orthopedic

I met the doctor once when we came back for the final visit to be released back to physical activite without restriction. He was good enough but his assistant was rude with me everytime we saw her.

It started when we came back to have Juanita's splint removed. We had 8:30 appointment and our name was not called to go back until 9:15. It took another 15 minutes before anyone came to the room they put us in.

She took it personally when I asked how do you get almost an hour behind within 2 hours of being open. She took no ownership and blamed it on the receptionist not letting anyone know we checked in. Someone came out at least 6 times to call back other people while we were waiting to be called back. No one asked us when our appointment was or who we were waiting to see.

I left a message to see if we could move Juanita's final appointment up The doctors assistant called bad to tell me she couldn't write a release letter without seeing the doctor. Never did I ask for that. All I did is move the appointment up a week so Juanita could participate in volleyball tryouts.

I did nothing to deserve her additude. She needs to learn how to take a little constructive criticism. I am sure it is a little out of the norm for clients to say anything about keeping appointments on time. I understand we do not want to have the doctor wait for a late patient. Likewise your staff needs to be more considerate of clients time.

Professional, welcoming, inquisitive, thorough, descriptive, and organized. Dr. Murar described his observations and proposed a plan to address my shoulder problem. We are moving forward with his next steps.

What an amazing doctor and surgeon!!

You can tell he really cares about doing his job exceptionally well and to make people feel better.

Office staff are great. His nurse care coordinator and PA are incredible!!!

Would (and have) recommended friends and family to go here.
