Nice dog washing stations. Great dryer. I would bring your own shampoo or conditioner if you have something you like though.

We bought our tarantula here and OMG what an awesome experience. The two staff members, that were there, were SO nice and informative. The one woman even carried everything out to the car. Very pleasant and we will always get our crickets and supplies here.

The Burnsville store employee are great and their on line delivery is perfect. Friendly delivery and always when they say it will be here. Prices are the same as the big box stores.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I love bringing my dog to the self service dog washing station, as well as their nail trimming services. They also have the healthiest crickets out of all the pet stores I've been to, they've lived longer.

As always the staff is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. It's worth the drive to go to a pet store where you feel confident about the customer service provided.
