“My 104 year mom has been a resident at Arbor Lane for 4 years. I cannot ask for any more kind and thoughtful staff. They are attentive to her needs and wishes. If she does not want to get dress on occasion at 104, they will put on a sweater or a button down the front sweatshirt etc to make sure she is warm and allow her to make that decision for that day. I appreciate that so much. In the past she has enjoyed all the activities that they offer. She now has very few teeth and they offer her soup everyday which she likes a lot. So again, that is just one way they are aware of her needs and take such good care of her. A big THANK YOU goes out to all the staff. From the caring floor staff to also the administration staff.”

My only complaint would be that I wish there were more convenient times that DBT is offered so that people who work during regular hours can more easily schedule it. It would be nice to have some options starting at 5pm or later and/or have a weekend option that doesn't start in the early morning.”

He does not waste time-gets to the issue and deals with it. And I am especially impressed with his assistant Erin. She has helped me so much with all those details one has to sort through-but has trouble with. And helps you to understand things. “I can’t say enough about the professionalism of the owners in addition to the over all convenience of this storage facility. Pricing is competitive and secure. Being a retail manager I can truly appreciate this operation. Being in retail means I work most all weekends in addition to long hours during the day. This creates the only conundrum. I love the way it’s run yet because I’m in retail I actually have to schedule time off of work in order to actually go to my storage unit due to the day hours of operation. If there could be one day of the week that could actually be open an extra two hours would help greatly. Still 5 stars in my mind and thank you!”
