This company is amazing!

Moving a boat is stressful, and this team works hard to make it as hassle free as possible. We had just purchased a Catalina 355 sailboat, and needed to have it moved to Gig Harbor, WA. Molly was great to work with, super friendly and easy to talk to. She answered so many of my questions and obviously knew what she was doing. Once everything was scheduled Brad came out to do the pickup. I thought we had everything planned out well for loading our boat (crane, unstepping the mast, etc), but as it turned out on a windy and not ideal day, Brad’s knowledge and assistance was priceless to have there for. Once the boat was packed up, it was actually transported between Minnesota and Washington by another of their drivers, Nate. Nate did a great job of keeping us informed and easing our anxiety about what was happening with our new purchase as it sailed the highways. He made great time too.

This was mentioned in another review, and it was valuable to me so it’s worth sharing again: Our delivery point( Gig Harbor Boatyard and Marina) was not the easiest to access. Nate showed up and didn’t even struggle backing the delivery into their unloading area. The guy operating the lift said he had never seen a driver make it look so easy, and repeatedly commented on how skilled he was.

So plain and simple, from start to end, Cross Country was a joy to work with. I would recommend them without question to anyone thinking about transporting a boat.

After calling multiple boat transporters for our Tiara 3800 Open and getting either astronomical pricing or questions that made us feel they didn’t know how to haul a large boat, a friend referred us to Cross Country Boat Transporters. From the start, Molly was professional and promptly provided us with pricing and all the details we needed to know they were the right hauler for us. One of our big concerns was having the boat hauled forward, and Molly assured us that they could. And their pricing was the best out of everyone we had called! The great experience continued with our driver Keven. He texted photos as soon as the boat was loaded and called us with updates throughout the 1000 mile trip which was greatly appreciated! Keven took great care of the boat – everything was taped down, padded and secured; he treated it like he was the owner and not just the hauler. When we saw our boat for the first time after purchase, you could tell Keven and his dog Spirit were just as excited about the boat as we were. We would definitely recommend Cross Country Boat Transport – ask for Keven!

I've never had the need to haul a boat across country until I found this great boat in WA, 1700 miles from our home in MN. I literally knew nothing about shipping anything that did not involve Amazon Prime but Cross Country Boat Transport "hand held" me through the entire process and delivered our boat flawlessly.
