What a lovely experience! From the minute I stepped in I was cared for in a respectful And positive way. The doctor took a long time with me to explain to me what to expect with my vision at my age and my circumstances. Since I was nervous she stayed with me while my eyes were dialated. What a great doctor and wonderful team!

Dr. Rupnow has given my wife and I 7 years of great service! Her staff are well trained, friendly and helpful. Look no further for a great optometrist! The retinal imaging is amazing and will be helpful to monitor changes on the back of my eye.

Great experience. Quick and easy to pick out a pair. Service was great. She explained to me about progressives and the difference between getting good quality lenses vs cheap ones. Overall very happy with my experience at family vision. Can’t wait to get my new progressives! So tired of taking my cheaters on and off constantly throughout the day!
