We've stopped here a couple of times every Lent for their Friday Nite Fish Fry for decades -- literally! It's always busy, so make reservations and plan for a beverage at the bar before you're seated. Once seated, the servers are very friendly and attentive. The food is amazing! You won't go away hungry. The all-you-can-eat fish, with salad, potato, and garlic toast is most satisfying. It's no wonder that it was tasted the Best Friday Fish Fry in the Twin Cities. (Well, extended Twin Cities.) Enjoy!
Trophy House catered our rehearsal dinner at Woodhaven Weddings + Events in Cannon Falls for our sons wedding. The food was exceptional - I’m still thinking about the lasagna and bread! And the staff went above and beyond to provide amazing service! Our guests filled up on pasta and complimented us on the caterer. And with the high cost of weddings, they are extremely reasonable. Highly, highly, highly recommend!!
I really enjoyed the small town atmosphere.Staff was really Friendly Food was reasonably priced portions were good food was Excellent
Headed out to the one - horse town of New Trier to check out the Trophy House. My parents went out there for a nice Sunday dinner and that is exactly what we got.
This is an American food restaurant with burgers, wraps, appetizers such as chicken fingers, and good old homestyle cooking. On the weekends they have lunch and dinner specials.
We got there about 12:15 and breakfast was finishing up so had to wait about 10 mins to order lunch. It was well worth the wait.
My mom and I had roast beef and my dad had the ham steak meal.
There is a soup course which was homemade beef barley, next came salad and bread and finally our meals which were monstrous and oh so good.
The price for a three course meal was only about $13, the drive out there is beautiful, and if you leave hungry it's your own fault.
I would definitely recommend a good Sunday meal out at the Trophy House. To find it you just look right across from the New Trier Fire Hall.
