We were very impressed with our 1st visit to your office. We didn't know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. Your office staff was very helpful and put use at easy during the entire process, we felt no pressure and left with the information we needed and we will be back to buy a hearing aid for me, my husband's hearing was not as bad and he has decided to wait another year and be checked again.

I was contacted by HearingLife a few weeks ago. The contract person said they had a new hearing aid, and wondered if I would like to try it out.
I made an appt for testing it out a week ago. Being I had lost one of my hearing aids I was anxious to try it out.
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hearing aid. After the demonstration, I decided to purchase.
Picked them up yesterday. Very pleased so far.

Hearing life cares deeply about their patients I’ve been going there for three years. The Hastings office is fantastic Brenda is caring and always very concerned about the quality of hearing I’m very thankful that I have a hearing aids now and I’ve also very thankful that I have a place to go to to have my hearing checked and my hearing aids serviced. If you have hearing difficulties I strongly suggest that you go to hearing life and talked to Brenda she’s fantastic

Brenda was phenomenal! She listened and understood my father-in-law when he couldn't really tell her what was wrong with his new hearing aids. Brenda determined one hearing aid was defective and immediately ordered a replacement. Brenda is caring, knowledgeable, and has a fun personality.
