Joyce M was the kindest person to assist my cousin in selecting the perfect wig! Her handling of a delicate cancer situation yet making picking out a wig a fun event was greatly appreciated. Her personal card with gift cards was a closing meaningful touch.

Wow!! What an awesome shop with tons of different options for people with hair loss or thinning hair. I was greeted and treated with the utmost respect and kindness. It isn’t easy having hair loss and you feel embarrassed and very unattractive. Well Creative Hair in Hastings is the place to go to feel pretty again. Sara was the sweetest, she took her time and showed me multiple hair pieces and styles. She made you feel so comfortable which is super important. I met the owner as well. The whole group of ladies that run the store are amazing. I will be going back to have Sara help with other hair pieces as well as a cut. I am so happy I found this place in Hastings. You will feel like a new woman.

Sara made my mother in law's wig buying experience so relaxed. She has recently been diagnosed with cancer and her biggest worry was how she would look when she lost her hair. Sara helped us find a wig that looked so natural and took a huge burden off my mother in law's shoulders. She helped me again on Christmas Eve when I found out my mother in law had to shave her head and I wanted to get her a cap to keep her warm. One last gift to help make her feel good and Sara was able to open the shop for a short time for me to give another gift that meant so much. I can't tell you how much this meant for both of us. Thank you.

I am remiss in writing a review for Creative Hair Design. If they were available, I'd fill in 10 stars!
My first wig was purchased over 3 years ago when a shoulder replacement became necessary. At that time my hair was thinning so much that I was forced to make a decision to look at wigs for two reasons. First of all, the quality, variety of styles and color or your wigs are endless. I never dreamed I would walk out of the store wearing my first wig after my first visit. Your professionalism, sensitivity, and service are exemplary. For all those reasons, I will never go any where else to replace my wigs. I often receive such nice compliments on my hair, and when I tell people I'm wearing a wig they are shocked. In fact last summer at a graduation open house, a woman surreptitiously took a picture of the back of my short hair style, because she liked it so much but was too shy to ask if she could have a picture of my beautiful haircut from the back.
So, thank you to Sara and the entire staff at Creative Hair Design for all you do to make your patrons feel comfortable and so completely happy wearing their new hairstyles.

Fantastic products and shop! I purchased my first extension hair piece in November and am thrilled with the product. Great service and the shop owner in Hastings, makes you feel wonderful.
