(December 18, 2020, 3:54 am)I grew up in Hastings, and never once have I ever had a bad experience with this post office. Employees are trustworthy and really know their stuff! No packages have ever been lost, and I am consistently surprised with how low shipping costs are!
(February 8, 2020, 12:39 pm)We went to the drag show. I'm a senior citizen ???? & the venue is great! In all my years here is never been there. Bartender was so nice & attentive even though it was packed. The show was great & so much fun. You should do more like this. We only had drinks & sweet potato fries, but everything was wonderful!!!! I'll be back!
(February 4, 2020, 10:56 pm)Although the burgers were really tasty and HUGE, I was really impressed with the various free events sponsored by and held at Fatty's. I was amazed to hear sophisticated jazz, as performed by NIU music students. I saw comedian-performance nights were also scheduled, along with other entertaining events.
(February 1, 2020, 9:36 pm)Exceptional service for our day long meeting event. Good food choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner, (yes, we were actually there for all three!) as well as cheese, crackers, cookies and brownies for snack breaks. Clean bathrooms.
Between the great service and good good, give them an A!
(January 4, 2020, 4:07 am)This post office is the best! I went there after Christmas to mail several items to my son in TX. Dale, one of the employees, went out of his way to help me. He packed up all of my things and made sure the box and all the items in it were secure. He also made sure to get me the best price. I highly recommend this PO. Especially Dale!
(December 29, 2019, 1:07 pm)A pub with delicious food (cajun potato salad anyone?) on their massive menu, lots of beers and drinks, and they offer trivia and live music from time to time too. Its proximity to NIU is great, but it can get really packed for that reason too. As one of my mom's favorite local places, I've been here quite a few times, and it doesn't disappoint.
