  Riverbend staff were amazing with my dog that has been scared of the vet, he actually didn't leave traumatized like he did with another vets office. A big shout out to the staff at Riverbend for there kindness and patience with him!

  I really appreciate this pet hospital. The veterinarian is kind and takes his time. I wish he was a human doctor as well. He has better bed side manner than most physicians.

  Amazing people who did a really great job helping us through a very hard time with putting our dog down. I really appreciate their support through the whole process.

  I have a very sick super senior dog that is little and fragile. I took him to another clinic two days before taking him to Riverbend and it was like a night and day difference of care that he received here! Not only did the other clinic (won’t name names) almost put my dog into cardiac/ respiratory distress, but they also performed an unauthorized part of the exam that upset my dog so much they couldn’t even get x rays! So fast forward two days later my dog fell even more ill and he desperately needed help so I called Riverbend and they got me in within an hour and almost instantly my dog went from walking into this clinic absolutely terrified to calm as a cucumber! He was so comfortable right away with Dr. Pappelis and her amazing tech it was such a relief to see this! This clinic is very compassionate and empathetic which sadly not all clinics are anymore because of the extreme stress and burn out of their employees being overworked during this tough pandemic, but everyone was just so genuine and wonderful! Also my dog has three serious conditions and they were beyond patient learning every detail as the other clinic was closed so I couldn’t transfer his records. I would recommend this clinic to everyone as it was truly another great experience today! Also last year they saved our 17 year old cat with an emergency life threatening situation from having to be euthanized and I’m happy to say he’s still with us today!
