(June 14, 2022, 7:01 pm)Stopped last weekend to use the loaner tool system and get some parts. Rachel greeted me with a smile, and while it was clear she was new, she did a fine job. Positive attitude and a smile. We made 3 trips eventually, and all went smooth, easy, and uplifting. The world needs more people like her. Kudos and thank you.
