I needed a new engine. They gave me a fair price ($4,000 less than the cost to have it done at the dealership). They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Good quality and the work was done in a timely manner. Overall, really happy with my experience. I highly recommend.

Was recommended to us after being taken advantage of and lied to by 2 other auto shops in town. Refused to do specific work on our truck for moral/ethical reasons due to significant damage to the undercarriage and couldn't justify taking our money knowing the undercarriage won't last much longer. (yet a local chain was wanting almost $3k and hid the damage to the undercarriage from us) Whitey replaced the entire engine for us on a 2nd vehicle, and while it took a bit longer than expected, he came in not only well under the quote from 1 of the above businesses, but also under his own quote. Between his honesty (RARE for a mechanic!!!) and unbeatable prices, we will definitely be back as needed.

Have been going to Whiteys for many years, he has always been very honest on quotes for auto repair and very efficient on completion on the job,. I would score him a 10.

Beyond impressed. Brought my car in with a leaky radiator. They fixed it same day, called me a good half hour before the estimated time it would be done, AND the total was slightly UNDER the estimate! Friendly hometown repair shop without any nonsense.

Whitey always gets the job done at a very good price and good quality. He communicates well and is very considerate. I've never or rarely had to come back on different days, and I've never had to pay more than what he says. I have never had a problem with Whitey. I trust him with all of my car problems.
