She was able to navigate the complexities of my entire family with grace, knowledge & professionalism. She also was amazing at relating to my 3 children, as well as the adults in our home. She utilizes stress management techniques that can be implemented at home and focuses on empowering the client to manage their own health and wellness. She is fabulous and we highly recommend her.
