Dr. Ryan is amazing! 2 years ago, I could barely work or do anything because of back pain. I feel so much better now and it just keeps improving. I normally distrust doctors, but the staff here are so welcoming, caring and educated. Recently, Matt the physical therapist has started working with me as well. He is wonderful and gives an incredible massage! It was like an out of body experience. I literally felt weightless at one point. Keep up the great work, RH!

After two different 6-month stints of rehab, along with dieting, exercise, and pills at a very reputable rehab clinic, I still had knee pain. I cringed when walking up steps after all of that. My wife finally convinced to try a chiropractor after a year of chronic pain. After 3 months of chiropractic adjustments, I was back on the racquetball court. The knee was a miracle. Right now, I’m getting my neck worked on, due to a pinched nerve. This pinched nerve had me sleeping only 3-4 hours a night. 80% of that pain is gone after only 3 weeks. This is huge as well. I went from not being able to sleep to playing racquetball again.

I don’t ever post about these things. But Dr. Hetlund made a huge difference. He’s great at what he does.

I've been going to RH Health for about 6 months and would highly recommend their services. Dr. Hetland and his team have provided me with a sustainable treatment plan which has improved my overall health and most noticeable my sleep patterns. He has taught me many techniques which have maximized my benefit from running and working out. Overall their expertise has helped guide me to a healthier lifestyle.
