There were five people waiting outside when I arrived. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for a DL renewal, however I did have my paperwork completed ahead of time, license and cash in hand. Please people have your paperwork and payment in order and ready. Also don't bring three adults with you to renew your tabs or DL. The staff is outstanding and very efficient so do them a favor and be prepared!!!!!

I can not say enough about a great experience at this License Center. I loss my husband in Nov so have been handling all the legal aspects and dealing with grief. I knew I had several items I needed to transfer over and such. I walked in thinking to just get through as many as I could. Well Kasey helped me and was a bright spot in my day. He was so helpful and easy to work with and he so nice at a time when I thought for sure I would get a few eyerolls for all the things I had. in 45 minutes, Kasey completed; 3 tag renewals, 3 permanent trailer titles transfers , transferred truck title, transferred a boat and 4-wheeler titles (yes hubby had a fair share of "toys"), handled terminating his license and handicap stickers. He keep everything straight and went over everything in the end to ensure we got everything covered. It was such a bright spot to get home and realized I had this big thing off my to-do list. Thank you IGH Deputy 161 and Kasey - you are the best and helped me through a difficult task - your thoughtfulness will not be forgotten.

Showed up about 11:30am on a Monday to renew my driver's license. Had the online application already completed and in-hand when I arrived. Waited outside for a few minutes (only 5 customers inside at a time) in line.
Very quick operations here. I was done before Noon! What a fantastic change of pace compared to other license centers I have gone to over the years!

I don't understand why people are giving this location less than 5 stars. This is by far the most fastest renewal center I've been to. Employees are helpful and polite. Quick tip, just make sure that you filled out their pre-application form online so you don't have to do it when you are inside. If I can only give them 10 stars I would not hesitate to do so.
