The food was great! Had a sandwich with Mac and cheese and everything was delicious. All of the staff were also great. The person who brought our order to the pickup counter was friendly, 2 separate employees asked if our meal was ok, and someone came at the end as we were about to leave and said not to worry and that they’d take care of clearing the table for us. Definitely a lot nicer than I was expecting!

Today I was under a lot of stress and in a hurry so decided to place an order for pick up. I failed to notice I chose the wrong pick up location. Once I noticed my error I asked a staff member what I could do. The manager and staff worked as a team to get my order and they contacted the other location, to cancel my original order, on my behalf. I come to this Panera at least 3 times a week and have always had a great experience! Thank you for making my morning less stressful.

I absolutely love this place! The portions are great. The service is friendly. Soup comes in cup and bowl size.. The cup is a standard bowl size, a bowl is a decent sized bowl. And comes with a decent size side of bread. I ordered a chicken sandwich and soup not knowing that cause it was my first time there, I left stuffed but satisfied. I highly recommend the broccoli and cheddar soup! It's a great, healthier place to go especially when you're not feeling any fast food. I got a chocolate chipper cookie and toasted chocolate bagel to go. Both was super good! I will be back.

The people are friendly and explained the differences between the models of snow throwers. I made a wise choice based on their information
