North American Trailer

I'm an over the road trucker and I had an airbag leaking on my trailer. I called them in the am when I got unloaded they told me to bring it in. They got me right in even though they were swamped with other work. I was back on the road in a couple hours and was able to keep my schedule. I would have given them 5 stars if it weren't for the cost being so high. $500 to replace 1 airbag and a gladhand seal!! Other than that, the place is great, staff was very attentive, super easy to get in and out. All in all a great experience!!

Good customer service I really liked. They don’t like to say we don’t have it. Even they will give you the display items as they did it for me thanks guys I appreciate

They worked with us to get repairs finished in a timely manner. Repairs were completed properly.
The bill for the work was extremely fair. We also had a new ELD Qualcomm (IVG) installed. When done, it operated correctly.

Awesome staff....we run Team OTR and have had several occasions to have NAT work on our tractor when in town for 34s or hometime. Always polite knowledgeable and efficient. Great place to get PMs or unscheduled work done on your rig, and their mobile option is SO convenient!
