Good as usual, honor coupon even the scan couldn't read it. Friendly staff and very focus. I just wish they stop opening your air filter compartment specially when you ask not too... I don't think it is good for the engine to open, remove an put back on the same filter.

They were nice, went fairly quick. Did the classic upsell, but they didn't push too hard and just took the no. They didn't have me check my lights, which I feel like they usually do and I didn't think about it until I was driving away; fyi though my car is newer, this was my first oil change. Maybe they don't do the light check with newer cars?

Quick (one car in the bay and one a head of me 1 hour total time) and easy. The cost is a bit excessive. I had a $25 dollar off coupon code and it still cost over 80$ for a simple oil change.

I used to work here so I know the quality they provide. They do extensive online training every month. New tests every month. They (I) are/was definitely not dumb kids. As always. They are clean precise and efficient. They even host huge tournaments to see who can do the faster most perfect oil change. Fastest store wins (obviously) it's a great environment to be around. When I worked, I had the best manager I've ever had in my life. Great guys

Best customer service by Valvoline team. Attendant knowledgeable and kind ensured work done on time. Carcam feature allow customer to observe work being done on your vehicle. If you're in Apple valley , Lakeville community and need car service Valvoline is the go-to place!!
