This place is amazing. Unfortunately, I cannot review about their health care but I can confidently say that they were the best for my pups final day. I made the difficult decision to euthanize my pup after 15 years of having her because of various health issues that had become painful for her. It was the most difficult decision and when I called this place they were so understanding and walked me through every step of the process and moreover told me I could take my time. When I arrived, I was let into a room immediately and I never felt pressured to “get it done and get out”. My pup and I were given all the time we needed before and after. I cannot thank them enough, every staff member I met were the most empathetic people ever. If you choose to receive the ashes they give you options for the box and when given to you it is beautifully wrapped with care. I also received a card handwritten by staff a couple of days after we went, expressing their condolences, it helped confirm that I went to the best possible place for her. Thank you staff for all you do💜
Walked in to VCA yesterday after a tough decision to put my best friend to rest. They checked us in immediately and we're extremely understanding of how I was feeling. After waiting in the waiting room for about 45 minutes the patient advocate came over and got us into a room. All the staff that took care of the paperwork with me and helped my dog feel extremely comfortable went above and beyond. I'm sorry I don't recall your names but you made me feel better and my dog was happy in her final moments. Thank you for all that you've done.
Today was a difficult day, but this facility was phenomenal. I came in and they took my Elly right away and made her comfortable. Unfortunately there was not much to do to make her live a happy life. So I made the heartbreaking decision to put her to sleep. They walked me through everything and I was able to be with her the whole time. The doctor was reassuring and empathetic. The staff was caring and understanding. We will not be having another dog anytime soon, however when the day comes I will be bringing them here for care. Thank you Dr and staff for your support.
I would love to thank all the Staff who helped me and my family through this the worst time in our lives, Snoopy was our baby, our everything, he leaves behind 6 beautiful babies and his wife, who he loved very much, also 2 parots who drove him crazy, thank you to all the staff who made this situation better and the hard time go smoothly, very professional service and compassion..may god bless everyone thank you for everything so much ❤️ Snoopy (October 1,2014-February 6,2022)gone but will never be forgotten 💕🐶
We were turned down from 2 other hospitals. One was a 24/7 emergency one and the other was appointments only. We were losing hope that our baby would not get the care that he needed until we found this place. We called before going because we were scared to drive there only to get rejected. They took my baby boy in a stretcher straight from my car. Rushed him in and did their best. Unfortunately we were left with no other choice but but to put our baby to sleep. He was suffering from a ruptured tumor and possible internally bleeding because he had really low blood pressure. One of the hardest decisions I have been made my entire life but it was for his best. Thank you so much for everything you guys are truly a blessing. Rest In Peace my baby boy Rocky. 1/15/2022 one of the techs was such a sweetheart she cried with us while she told us this lovely quote “ their peace is our suffering” I will never forget this. Thank you so much.
Update.
We got our baby’s ashes in less than a week and couldn’t have asked for more. He came in a little beautiful box lovely decorated and a paw print of our baby. We are so happy to have our baby back home with us thank you so much.
