(September 29, 2022, 4:51 pm)They did my wedding hair updo, they do my highlights and cuts, they can handle my hair! Which is fine but a lot of it. It takes more color (twice the amount of color for a full foil vs. Others) and more time to do than most.
(September 1, 2022, 4:37 pm)I worked with Amber from Salon Onyx for my wedding this past June. They did my hair and makeup, along with all of my bridesmaid’s hair and makeup. They also did my mother, my mother-in-law, my aunt, and my grandmother’s hair. I am thrilled I chose them to work with for such an important day! They truly made me feel like a PRINCESS! I will attach pictures to this review, so that you can see their work!
We went to the salon which was PERFECT to save time and money. It was SO nice to have so many stylists there that it went really fast. Also, it felt so traditional and classic being a salon to have it all done. I’m very happy I chose that over having them to come to us. They let us bring in food and drinks to share the morning of. We had the whole salon to ourselves too that morning, which created a really special and memorable environment!
I worked with Kailey for my makeup and Amber for my hair. I did a trial with both of them beforehand to make sure I loved their work, and I sure did!! They were both SUPER helpful before the wedding day to make sure I had everything I needed. I even reached out to Kailey on her personal cell phone to ask what type of products she recommended for mid day touch ups! I feel like I have my own personal makeup girl in my back pocket, and for someone as low maintenance as me, that is HUGE!!
All in all, I would highly recommend going with Salon Onyx. Their prices are so reasonable compared to the big bucks you can spend on hair and makeup artists nowadays!
(July 26, 2022, 10:50 pm)Kailey is professional and I'm always 100% satisfied with her work. She is gentle but also very thorough that my lashes last long time without falling easily. The place is super clean and the atmosphere very relaxing- I would definitely recommend!❤️
(June 13, 2022, 8:30 pm)My first time here and I had Megan. She was great! Listened to exactly what I wanted and marched the inspiration picture I showed her. She even gave me some styling tips and took her time to carefully cut and style my hair. Will definitely be going back to her!
(May 9, 2022, 3:50 pm)Kailey was wonderful! She listened to what I wanted and my lashes are exactly what I wanted! I came from a very bad experience at a different lash studio so I was a little nervous but Kailey is great! I already booked my next appointment!
