We lived here for about five months in 2022. Overall, a very positive experience. The office staff was always quick to respond to issues and move in/out was very smooth.
Their pricing can be a bit weird on short term leases - be sure to check multiple length options as sometimes adding another month to your lease can actually make it significantly cheaper, even if you wind up paying for a month you don't need.
Excellent maintenance service. Maintenance responded to a posted request within 20 minutes of the post and fixed the issue efficiently. A prior scheduled request was handled on time and with the same efficiency. The maintenance team is attentive to details, friendly and very good to work with.
In the last two years we have been living here we have had nothing but positive experiences working with Crystal. She is the sweetest and always chats with us when we are walking our dog Bella. I feel completely safe in our community and that is all due to the hard work of both the management and the maintenance teams.
I moved into the springs of Lakeville community the first week in January and I have had only good experiences so far. Coming from a single family home I was nervous from prior (many yrs ago) poor experiences living in a multi family environment but I am pleasantly surprised, I have management background and know all the nuances that come along with that and I will say all staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have dealt mainly with Brianna and from the first time meeting her, she had such a kind welcoming first impression and remembered my name the next time she saw me, which was surprising these days. I look forward to meeting the neighbors and being a part of the community.
I did some siding and skirting work for a couple units in this park. It is a very nice park with well kept grounds. The one huge downside is the train that runs a mere feet from several units causing a virtual earthquake!
Moved here 10/1/2020. I love it here, quiet, peaceful and very nice neighbors.
Always a blessed occasion at momma J's. Nice community. Lord willing, God blessed. ππΎπππ¦πΎπΎπΎπΎπβΎπππ
I lived at Diamond Bar Estates for the better part of 16 years. My kids grew up here. It is for the most part a very quiet place. Up until a couple years ago it was pretty boring. Now with new management there are always little and big events going on. Like bingo night, taco Tuesdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas pot luck dinner/ party at the club house. And a lot of events for veterans. The manager isn't just your property manager she is your friend. Great place to live.
I have lived in this park for almost 30 years. It is a beautiful park well maintained and treats it's residents very fair. The park manager is a very nice person who has events sponsored by management frequently to reward it's residents. Pool and spa are well maintained and even has a place for the kids to play. I would highly recommend this park to anyone considering moving here.
