He explained the process, and was able to do a great job. 5 starts!!! Shannon is very humble, courteous, and provides an exceptional customer service. I got his referral from another carpet company who didnt have the right equipment to clean my Berber carpet at the time when I scheduled I didn't know, but Shannon was able to accommodate an appointment the next day.”

“3 star hotel but the pool was warm, as was the air so we didn't freeze outside the pool. Otherwise you're average budget hotel with continental breakfast until 9:30 (the reheated eggs and rubberized bacon were still appreciated). Oh and the have a waffle maker. Stay classy, Baymont!”
