Don't normally do this but I had to take the time to commend Jennifer at this store for being so very helpful. Had a battery that was dying and had to get a jump which charged the battery for a short time. Since the battery had a warranty, I returned to this store to have it checked. The associate almost debated with me on the validity of the my story, he checked the battery and insisted it was ok. A few weeks later the battery completely died. I managed to get the vehicle back to the store and explained what happened to Jennifer. She didn't hesitate to check the battery, look me up in the system, see and honor my warranty and even install the battery after I told her she had done enough. She did not dispute nor try to work around getting me another battery. I appreciated that. She went above and beyond to give good customer service and I felt she needed to be recognized....Thank you Jennifer!

I own a late model Honda that always needs some kind of work to keep it running. Every time I go to this location everyone is so helpful. I had a dead battery the other night. They had me in and out within 20 minutes. Both men working at the store on this night were so polite and fun to talk with. The younger fella that installed my battery was fast as a whip.

Able to get what I needed quickly and go on with my day.
