(September 26, 2022, 4:16 pm)Beautiful lake park.Great park with lots of trails to walk and awesome views of the Mississippi River.There are also spots for picnics as well as a large playground. There is also a learning center. Lots of parking and park entry is free

There I am walking a more traditional, November MN hiking path with leaves on the ground instead of on the trees, when suddenly the path curves towards the water and moss everywhere! Go hike here mid day when it's quiet and you will feel like you stumbled upon a fairyland🌟💚🌟
(August 2, 2021, 10:16 pm)Good use of my property taxes, it had a number of diverse options at this county park. It is surprising flat though and wish there was more options for elevation hikes since it's on the bluffs of the Mississippi. I do hope the Mississippi Greenway will eventually connect to these bike paths
(March 13, 2021, 6:51 pm)This park has historical features, beautiful breathtaking views of lake, picnic area, playground for kids and walking trails. With beautiful weather, what else one can expect!! It is a great place to visit in any weather!! Highly recommended!!
(September 6, 2019, 11:41 am)I love spring lake park! Was raised going here. It’s an absolutely gorgeous park overlooking the Mississippi River with incredible bluffs. It has a park for kids and great trails for walkers and bikers. Some trails even lead into downtown Hastings. Seriously a hidden gem!
