“Awesome facility. New, spotlessly clean, white interior with wide halls, interesting artwork. Staff are caring and dedicated to the residents. Atmosphere is open and airy feeling. My sister is in the Memory Care for over three months now. The meals are prepared by an on site chef and altho I have not eaten there because of covid, I have seen staff eat and rave about the quality of the food. They don't charge for a nurse assessment or preparation of long term care insurance monthly claims like the facility my sister resided at before here. Also the price is so much better than anything around. Only thing is you have to move if you can't feed yourself, unless you are on hospice. They have a doctor nurse team that comes onsite which is tremendously helpful. The nurses on staff are wonderful to work with. Any concerns or questions and they always get back to you quickly. Besides the MC they also have assisted living and independent living. It is located across the street from the Northfield Hospital in a country setting and is truly a gem. Almost two years later: I am writing a final review of the Memory Care part of Benedictine Living Community in Northfield, MN. My sister recently passed away from Dementia so I no longer go there to see her and visit with the other residents. My opinion of the facility has not changed, they have the highest standards. The place is so clean, the aides are competent and well trained, everyone is friendly, the food is very good. I loved it that they have only two levels of pricing; other places have many levels pf pricing and tiers within each level and one felt constantly bombarded by rising prices. They did implement a charge for nursing services of $30 per quarter hour that wasn't in place when my sister first arrived; I wasn't happy about that but that is my only complaint.”

“BEST ER I have EVER been to and not just in one category but in every single area that I can think of to rate, from location to parking to checking in to the front staff to the triage nurse to the very clean, private and quiet exam rooms to the incredible ER Dr. who has the best bedside manner could ever hope to find. I didn't even get the first section of the paperwork filled out (I had not been here before so there was a stack) before the very nice insurance paperwork lady came and offered to finish it all for me! By the time she brought my insurance card back to me, probably fifteen minutes later, I had already had a lab test and Dr had checked me out and told me what the plan was and best of all I was very confident in his assessment and felt much better already knowing what I was dealing with and what I could stop worrying about too. The most valuable things we have in this life are our freedom, our time and our health. Northfield's ER gives the most value I have ever seen in terms of benefiting my time and health. I am so grateful to all of the staff there and if you are within a reasonable distance of this incredible facility in Northfield then you owe it to your health and care to come here. 11/10”

“Brandon is very perfessional and is great at what he does. As he worked on me the top part of my body was so hot that it made me sweat. And as he got lower it cooled down. He got one message from the universe and it was a plant that died and came back to life. It was a metaphor which after I thought about it made allot of sense.
