They did a good job but it took longer than they thought.

Been bringing our vehicles to ProTech for more than a decade. Always take good care of us. Just had my son bring his car there for an oil change, his first maintenance experience, and they treated him like family. Really appreciated that!

Went for a quick oil change. Was greeted by a very professional guy who made me feel welcome and respected. An earlier phone call to them provided me the options and price and duration of the oil change. I was extremely happy to find out that I could bring my favorite brand of oil and filter and they would use it instead of their "house" brand. I watched as they quickly attended to my vehicle, cleaning up fingerprints, the underside, and more. They did this quickly and professionally. I felt really good about their work. I don't recall having this feeling at any previous service center I've visited. I typically change my own oil but decided the first change of my new too me 2006 Jeep Commander Limited was going to done by pros. I'm very happy with that decision. I would recommend ProTech Automotive for your next oil change. I plan on bringing my vehicle in for some maintenance and will update this reverie with that experience.
