“I had a implant tooth procedure performed by Dr. Rake 2 years ago. He is great. He took his time explaining everything in detail. Great sense of humor yet very professional. That’s why I am taking my 2 teenage grandsons to him for wisdom teeth removal. They will have the procedure performed under sedation like I did, go to sleep and when you wake it’s done. Best way to go in my opinion. I highly recommend them. By the way and not to be overlooked, the entire staff is wonderful. They are very pleasant and extremely helpful Gary Amundsen - Eagan”

“My wife and I would highly recommend JH Callahan & Associates to anyone! We used them for both buying and selling our homes Buying: Our realtor was available at a moments notice to help coordinate with showing a potential home. After looking at a few, we decided to go a little further east and build a new home. Our realtor was provided comps on houses that were built in the development along other recently sold houses to make sure we were getting the best price. They were also very helpful in discussing all of the layouts made available by the builder and discussed the resale value for the future (though its hard picturing selling our home now). We are extremely happy with our new home! Selling: This is where our realtor showed us that they weren't just good, but great. We started out looking at recently sold similar styles and got a feel for what the market was demanding for our home. They came up with a realistic price that they felt they could sell the home for (10k over what I thought!). They then hired a professional photographer who did a phenomenal job in capturing the beauty of our home. It paid off too as we were getting a lot of showing right away. After a handful of showings and an open house, we received an offer. Unfortunately, the first offer didn't work out (buyer got cold feet). We, as sellers, were a little worried. But our realtor assured us that they would get it sold and laid out an action plan for next steps. After a few more showings, we received another offer and sold the home! Thanks again JH Callahan!!!”
