TVC Southside

Lived in my apartment going on 2 years and have not had any issues. Property managers are both responsive and polite.

TVC Southside does an amazing job with maintaining the property and making their tenants feel welcome. The exterior looks stunning great curb appeal, buildings are maintained and the common areas are cleaned.

A lot of the apartments are on the smaller size but they are nice & cozy. The original hardwood flooring in my living room is fantastic!

Maintenance are quick to come out and resolve any issues you may have.

The management team of Susan/Anne are amazing! They are responsive and respectful! Also love the maintenance team, they are always on top of things and super nice! Been renting from them for a couple years now.

Really do reccomended this place. Property managers (susan and anne) were always helpful, when we had an issue with a neighbor they helped us resolve it politely and in such a way we ended up befriending the neighbor. The apartment was on the smaller side, but cheap considering. Anytime we had a maintenance issue someone would be there within a day of the request, unless it was a weekend. I will say our toilet was seriously finnicky and the maintenance guys liked to act like it was our fault it was horribly clogging once a month (we've lived other places with no issue like that) but they would fix it quickly nonetheless. The area is pretty chill, though it will stink outside some days due to a nearby chemical facility thing. That's not management's fault, and it's just something you deal with. Overall, really solid for the price.

I've lived here for about 9 months now and just renewed my lease for another year, I can confidently post an honest review now. The apartments are located in a pretty lowkey quiet area, which I really like! Maintenance is speedy when you put in a work order request and management is friendly and efficient in getting to the bottom of issues going on. These apartments are pet friendly also which is awesome because I caught hell trying to find a reasonable priced apartment that allowed dogs! I definitely feel like I lucked out by finding this apartment! 10/10 would recommend living here. :)
