Brian of Brie Catering came to my house and cooked a meal for 10 of us. I have to say the tenderloin cooked in a salt shell was the most amazing piece of meat i have ever had. Truly exception. Brie Cater is amazing. My wife and I had another caterer for our wedding and they ended up not being able to do it. So we needed another caterer under short notice. Brie was more than happy to do it. Their attitude was genuine and kind. They could have easily asked for much more money since we were so close to our wedding date (5 days notice) but Brian, and his team, were only interested in making our event fantastic. This company’s goal is about making the event they cater successful and fun rather than just making money. They gave us great service, they understood the stressful situation we were in, and they were genuinely happy to help us. Not only were they kind to us and gave us great service, it was amazing food. Their tuxedo chicken is amazing! We only had positive comments from our guest, and we had a lot of comments on it! Brie Cater also made a separate dish for our gluten free guests. Our experience was wonderful and we are so thankful for their willingness to do our wedding. They would be my first recommendation for a caterer for their kindness, professionalism, and their fantastic food!
