Anybody that thinks any different very likely came into the bank and was advised of something they didn't like or want to hear, but was told the truth. "I want to cash an old sketchy check from my friend's cousin's neighbor that he endorsed to me and I don't have any identification". And then was politely advised of the fact that no bank will cash that check. Then they left with an attitude. Sorry, dude, but nobody will cash sketchy checks and every body needs an ID. US Bank ain't a voting booth. Best bank in the state, and the staff is wonderful and professional.”

My Mom passed away this year and I was in town to take things back home. As a result, I had 3X the normal luggage. Jonathan was very kind and graciously offered to cart everything from the hotel room to my SUV. I think it took three (maybe four) trips to get everything out of the hotel room, but Jonathan did it with a great attitude and very quickly but effectively. His kindness and quick to assist attitude significantly helped to make a difficult day a little better. Also note: the store inside is closed overnight, so only pay-at-the-pump is available then. Other than this issue, I have no complaints. Cashiers are friendly, gas prices are great even without a discount or coupon, and I have had absolutely no fuel quality issues with their regular grade gas (which is all I buy here). Good station to save on fuel, especially with a BP card. Can't comment on the attached car wash and auto repair shop; haven't tried either one.”
