Joe came out and like many other reviews have stated had my furnace up and running within minutes. I want to further explain how happy I am with the experience but that was literally it. He looked at it, Immediately figured out the problem and then had it running not even two minutes later.

We purchased a new furnace for our older home through Top tech. I did my research on companies both big and small and was not disappointed. They were honest about their estimate giving you both what you want and need. Their pricing was reasonable and inline with the work and products we purchased and again open and honest about what we needed saving us money.
The work performed was done in a timely manner, performance checked and verified it was correct. Very neat and professional work and products selection. Took care of disposal for all of the old equipment and scraps leaving everything the way they found it after the install. In short when you hire Top Tech to do a job you get the Top Tech treatment too.

Joe was very knowledgeable and customer service focused. He was quick to be able to track down the part and complete the repair to my furnace. I will definitely be calling him first if I have any furnace or ac needs.
