ActivePT - Lake City

I have had a amazing experience with dry needling at Active PT. I went from needing Cortizone shots about every 6 mos for my Bursitis in my hips to now receiving dry needling about every month . My hips feel amazing and I am pain free. Thanks so much Dr. Decker.

I had a total knee replacement and am going to Lake City Active PT for my physical therapy. Decker is my physical therapist and he also has an intern working with him. Decker has been great and gotten me to almost the desired range of movement I need to be at. From using my knee bending machine, my other leg started acting up, so my PA said to have PT work on that also. Decker is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The intern working with him is great as well. I have confidence in these two gentlemen. I feel like they really care about helping me and I appreciate that. I would highly recommend Active PT.

ActivePT is a great place to go for your physical therapy. They are friendly, go at your pace, flexible with schedules and convenient right here in Lake City. All of their staff is personable and you feel comfortable telling them if you are not ready for the next step. Thank you ActivePT for your amazing service in our small town! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Brady for your patience and great recommendations to help me through my rehab after ankle surgery.

Wonderful experience, highly recommended! I've had two separate issues going, a lower back vertebrae pinching a nerve, plus a shoulder rotator mishap. Brady Kalla, my ActivePT Doctor of Physical Therapy, had to design two very different treatment plans that would work together, and he succeeded beautifully. The results have been good so faf as long as I do my part, but since I am sometimes a bit of a slacker, it is fortunate for me that Brady is also an outstanding motivator, coach and support. I am so thankful that ActivePT has an office in Lake City MN, and that Brady Kalla works from that office!

Thank you Brady Kalla and Active PT for the great care and professionalism you gave me the last three months. The physical therapy I received for my left shoulder rotator surgery repair was excellent and I feel very good with how everything turned out. Thanks again.
