(July 20, 2021, 11:21 am)Very well kept ! Clean, Quite and a safe place to call home. Management keeps landscape just beautiful, mailroom clean and pleasant. Concerns are addressed promptly.
(November 22, 2019, 9:59 pm)If I had been writing this review a year and a half ago when I moved in, I’d be eating Pepin Woods 1 star. Now... Great place to live! The new management is cleaning the place up wonderfully! He is great to work with. Always does what needs to get done, as being a manager of the park, but also understands that these places are our homes.
