Potter Ridge Senior Living

Our Mother was given very good care by all the people that work at Potter's Ridge. They were all concerned about her well being and catered to her every need. They provided good food and had lots of entertainment scheduled to keep everyone busy. They had a large variety of activities for everyone to participate in. I would recommend Potter's Ridge to anyone that needs to live in an assisted living facility.

My grandmother lived at Potter Ridge for almost 2 years. She loved the staff and her apartment. All the staff was always very friendly. We would go spend the night there and everyone really became like another family. Everyone loved when we would bring Tiny Dog to visit too. They never had a problem with us bringing her to see grams. Their handling of the covid-19 pandemic has been so far above expectations. They truly have gone out of their way to protect their residents. My grandma had been sick and was sent to bayview to recover. She was there about 1 month and we started trying to get her home because covid has started to spread through bayview. Grams said she felt safer at home. She felt confident she was protected there. We weren't able to get her home in time and she ended up getting covid. She lost her battle to it in a place that wasn't her home. Angela and the Potter Ridge family sent us some beautiful white lilys and a card and they worked closely with me to arrange to get grams things. Everyone there truly is like family. I would recommend this residence to anyone for the needs of their elder family members. Hands down the best place grams lived. Thank you to everyone there for all that you do!

Potters Ridge in Red Wing is a fantastic Assisted Living facility. My mom loved the location and the outstanding staff. With a very nice grand entry boasting hardwoods, including a fireplace & piano, leading to a beautiful setting in the main dining area, often seeing the wild turkeys & deer in the trees. Their great staff arranges many community events for their tenants and make them as comfortable as possible with whatever their circumstances may be. Many thanks to Angela, Misti and the entire team. Keep up the great work !!
