The staff is friendly. The office is inviting and clean. Dr. Loveless is kind and always checks to see if there are questions.

The staff here are exceptional - friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Honesty is hard to come by these days so I very much appreciate that. I assumed my son would need a full metal jacket but they were able to assess the situation and we went from being told by the healthcare field that he would need to have a jaw surgery to fix the problems when in reality it took some braces on his teeth and the problem was fixed in no time flat. They also removed the braces while his teeth were growing in which is very important if you don't know the effects glue can have on peoples teeth.

all staff was great! super nice and I was in and out super fast. im glad to see they are taking Covid precautions seriously and wearing/enforcing masks as well. great work!! i’ve been seeing him as an orthodontist since I was in middle school and now im in college and he has never been less than excellent. the scheduling coordinator Jen was able to get me in for next day appointment. best office and worth the 30 minute drive!

My experience at Pairie Ridge Orthodonics has been wonderful. Everyone is so nice. They get you in for your appointment promptly. I would highly recommend going here to anyone that is thinking about braces. The nicest thing is that they have 2 offices 1 in Owtonna and 1 in Zumbrota. It was very convenient for me.

Just went for the first time today and it was a great first day!! Growing up, I had an orthodontist who was awesome! Great staff, great sense of humor, and we have found that here with Dr. Loveless and his awesome staff as well!

Easy access with ample parking. Waiting rooms and patient areas are clean and look great. Kids definitely enjoyed their time there today.
