Luna and Dara were the absolute best! They were very patient and understanding of my needs and desires in the auto buying process. I wasn't very interested in my 1st option but they went over and beyond to get me into the perfect SUV and I am forever grateful of their willingness to help and listen. Zumbrota ford is an awesome dealership. I felt comfortable and welcomed the minute I walked in the door. Luna and Dara worked so hard to find what is best for me, I can’t thank them enough. All the employees are so nice and very upbeat and positive. You can tell they enjoy their jobs. I was just so impressed with Luna, he was so knowledgeable and friendly too, he was not pushy. He truly wanted to help me get what works for me. In fact I feel like I made a new friendship with him, it’s amazing! Thanks again Luna and Dara and Zumbrota Ford, you guys rock!

We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Zumbrota Ford. Our 1st time, we went to multiple dealerships in Rochester & ended up trading in here because they were willing to give us $4k more for our vehicle than anyone else. Our 2nd time coming in, we needed a truck to pull our camper. Our sales guy (I believe it was Zack) really went to bat for us to find the perfect vehicle. We had a hard time finding something in our price range that was what we wanted and he really worked hard to make it happen. This past weekend, we worked with Todd. He listened to our needs, was totally laid back and didn’t make us feel like he was pushing us into something we didn’t really want or like he was just trying to make a sale. My husband really loved him and told me he earned a forever customer and we would always go straight to Todd in the future when car shopping for as long as he is in the business! Overall, not every little step of the process has been perfect each time, but we have had great experiences here and they will always be our first pick!! Plus they have awesome promotions and we got tickets to the Vikings for our family :)
