We were pleased with Mike's professionalism from the beginning to the end of this project. He listened to and designed what we wanted from the mantle, hearth, fireplace & stone. Our Xtrondinair insert was installed yesterday. The Edina location was having some problems with staffing and the Woodbury location stepped in and expertly covered our needs. We chose this brand after doing hours of research. We really liked that TC Fireplace did all of their own work with their own crews and took out and disposed of our wood burning insert. Ron and Caleb came right on time and were so polite and professional. They covered the work area and vacuumed as they removed the old insert so that soot was not a problem. They took care of the inspection from start to finish for our city and then showed us how everything worked on the new fireplace. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for expert installation of a fireplace.

We had two fireplace conversions done at our house. We were impressed from the beginning when Kurt helped us in the showroom and even came to our house to help us order just the right fireplace inserts and design. Today was the install and Ron and Caleb arrived 10 minutes early. They were professional, courteous and hard working. Our fireplaces look great - we couldn't be more please and highly recommend Twin City Fireplace!

I was really impressed with all team members: installers, electrician, gas, AND the inspector, all completing their work in one morning. When I expressed some concern with some details with the exterior installation, they quickly returned and addressed all my concerns. The product is just what we wanted, and we are very happy with the quick installation and responsiveness to our concerns.

TC Fireplace was easy to work with and did a great job with the replacement of our fireplace insert and lining. They were honest about where costs could be saved and were quick to figure out and resolve unexpected challenges with our install. We are very happy with our new fireplace!
