I’ve been a member since 1986 when it was Retail Employees Credit Union. It has consistently had the same kind of personalized service throughout. It’s nice to speak to someone who knows you in a bank, or at least is familiar with your customer record. Also, it’s refreshing to call a customer service support line and never get some guy in India saying his name is John! I’m actually speaking to someone in a branch. 😂

I have always had the best service here. I have been with them for nearly 30 years and I have moved 60+ miles away and still have my business there. Always curious staff.
