(October 20, 2023, 11:06 am)I waited around 15-20 minutes and accomplished what I came for quickly. My only complaint is that they have a monitor with the ticket numbers of those currently being waited on, but no ordered list of the tickets on the waiting list. It would be helpful to know your position on the waiting list to estimate how long you will need to wait.
(August 18, 2023, 4:45 pm)Arrived after 3 on a Friday. Shockingly quick and pleasant experience. Got info I needed immediately following my mothers death. Not crowded. Nice folks, efficient and patient. Make Chicago office look like bedlam.
(July 19, 2023, 9:25 pm)I was in the office today (07-19-2023) without an appointment. I was waiting for about 7 minutes that was the fastest I have ever been waiting for help. The staff very well respond with my issues and very professional. Thanks for your help.
