(December 27, 2020, 12:41 pm)I've bought an alto sax, bought a bari sax, and sold a trumpet here over the last few years. Every time, the salespeople have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place!
While it hopefully won't be applicable much longer, they're also taking all the necessary precautions for COVID-19. They're doing temperature checks at the door and requiring masks for everyone inside the store. While you can no longer try instruments in the store (which is certainly a bummer), you can take home a few instruments at a time to try them. Still an excellent experience despite the circumstances.
(December 15, 2020, 6:07 pm)We took my sisters clarinet into the repair shop to get looked at the man who looked at it was super nice! He looked at it and fixed whatever was wrong with it in less than 10 minutes. Definitely did a good job because now it plays better than it ever has before!
(November 20, 2020, 9:00 pm)The staff here are wonderful! They have extra precautions to protect everyone's health that far exceed most retail locations. And they were willing to answer all our questions on a variety of music related topics and instruments. They even called other locations to help us find what we were looking for.
(September 3, 2020, 8:15 am)I just recently bought an alto flute. I absolutely love it they let me bring it home free for 7 days by the time the 5th day rolled around i knew I wanted it. Bianca Najera was amazing she knew everything about flutes. She answered my questions and was so sweet. I wouldn't have even known where to begin with buying an alto flute without her help. Thank you so much. 😁
