  Wonderful staff there was a great sale but there wasn't another one in my size and Laureate customer service offered to give me the equivalent of the discount cuz I can only buy one pair instead of two. That's the kind of customer service working with the customer working with the sale to make the customer happy and comes back again. The store is not a whole lot to look at a time that's a little older but it's staff accounts and people that matter this is a great store to shop at

  Lots of clothing With Excellent prices not to include some expensive things but other than that I would go there to get clothing with good durability last very long.

  I was looking for a certain vacuum that was on their web site. Drive 30 minutes because the web site said it was in stock . Couldn't find it, went to customer service Eric called the department, she said they didn't have it so Eric called other stores even though he pulled it up and said it showed 8. Finally they found it at the store I was in. Hats off to Eric for his calmness and coming though.

  I went to return an Amazon order and ended up shopping. They had some good deals though the store was slightly unorganized, alot of discounted racks. I will also say that the store associates were very nice and friendly. I normally don't shop at Kohl's however I was able to get a few casual shirts for less than $20 which is really great.
