Over the last 8 years it has all been good, very good. I always leave feeling there was a shared, symbiotic exchange. Comfortable, mutual respect. Left knowing my car was ready for winter. This was the last picture of my beloved Indie. I keep it in good places.

Andrew B. was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process! I went in with a hesitant mindset as we had just recently lost our previous vehicle in an accident. Andrew took the time to talk us through the process, the options available to us, and was completely flexible as my husband and I seemed to keep changing our minds on what we were looking for. He made sure we were happy every step of the way. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service and our purchase from Lupient Kia!

We recently bought a new Kia Telluride from Andrew B and it was a great experience. There was No pressure from him to buy a different model or more features that I didn’t want. He also noticed early on the car was for me not my husband. I really appreciated that he could pick up my husband hadn’t done as much research and it wasn’t for him and didn’t focus on him just cause he’s a guy! This is definitely a rarity in sales scenarios and in car dealerships in general. Overall 5 stars for great listening, no pressure, clear on communication and a great buying experience!! He is also extremely knowledgeable about the cars and models and the differences between them. He knows his stuff! We even sent a friend to go buy from him too even though we live far away! Would def recommend!

I had a very positive experience working with Customer Service Rep. Kendra and Denny P in Sales. I appreciated Denny’s research into the vehicle and his attention to detail. I could tell he was smiling, even under his mask. We went on a test drive, which could be awkward even without the pandemic. Denny was personable and “read the room” well as I tried to focus on driving and feeling out the car. All contacts via email and phone were very professional and respectful. My experience at Lupient Kia was amazing. Andrew B. went above and beyond to help us find the best deal on a new Stinger GT. We were in a bit of a time pinch given that my previous lease was up in miles, but Andrew and his team worked quickly to help speed up the process. One thing that stood out about my experience with Andrew and Lupient Kia was that they wanted to make sure that I was happy and comfortable with the car before leaving. He offered many times to go over the features of the car with me. Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience and with my new car. There’s absolutely no pressure to buy and everyone that I encountered at the dealership was very friendly.
