  The children enjoy exploring the music together in the group. it is a fantastic class that we really appreciate the method of play and creativity for example: the teacher illustrates the keys and symbols in stories. We find this makes it memorable for the children, as they are fun and make the children laugh. We enjoy the positive presentation, friendliness, and knowledge base of the teacher. She is always willing to take the time to explain and encourage the students. There is a variety of practice in writing songs, placing magnets on keys or chords, making flash cards, and making up songs and stories that the children can be engaged in and they discover their enjoyment in their own creation, both inside and outside class. It is all around fun to learn as a group with a variety of movement like dances that keep the children entertained and paying attention. Thank you CMA! We are happy we found you!

  We love Children's Music Academy. They are always willing to work with our unique situations. The family focus of learning together and the science behind how they teach is fascinating and I can see the benefits in my children in a very short time already.

  Our kids love their piano class. Ms Karra makes it a lot of fun and is a very gifted teacher in tune with the needs of each student and aware of keeping all the kids engaged. We feel the small class makes it an atmosphere more appealing to younger kids than private lessons. During this time of social distancing they have done an exceptional job at continuing to teach our kids virtually and we look forward to being back in the classroom again when that is possible.

  We love CMA so much! The classes teach kids to play, read, and write music in a way that is super fun and intuitive for them. I put 2 of my kids through this program and plan to enroll my youngest as well. The teachers are so kind, energetic, and caring that they’ve becomes like family. You’ll be amazed at what these kids can learn and how far they can advance in just a few short years. They start with piano, but they also learn singing, drums, guitar, recorder, and how to play in an ensemble. I highly recommend this program to any and every family that wants to give their child the gift of music!

  We have three children involved in the program. All the staff/instructors are wonderful. We enjoy the active environment in learning music. Makes it fun and the kids look forward to it every week. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. They give individual attention to each student to help each child have a positive and successful experience. Highly recommend!
