The man who came out was phenomenal!!! I believe his name was Jeffrey! He had amazing customer service, went over the expectations and time frame with us and told us not to worry. Really made us feel like the company actually cared about our problem and wanted to go that extra mile to help us! Even said they will have someone come out within 10 days again for free!

No more termites since initial treatment. Installation of traps and follow up have shown no problems since.

The gentleman that came to do the job I was very impressed with. Knew his job and made me feel at ease. Gave specific instructions and guaranteed results if followed instructions. Which turned out to be very true. I panicked because I never experienced bed bugs before and was honestly scared. Because I was being ate alive. However once he gave me facts not myths. Myths seem to be floating around online and gave me mattress cover for box springs and mattress. Traps, sprayed house, steamed house, and a powered form chemical the nightmare came to an end. I will never forget that guy great job. Wanna give 5 stars really but couldn't get rid of in a day.
