My wife and I went with Blackwood construction for a complete basement remodel and Jim was meticulous in his attention to detail. Jim did an excellent job with our in floor tile heat, tile install, cabinet built-ins, canned lighted, ceiling / wall repair, etc. Even better, Jim was a great communicator and provided detailed updates and time lines regularly!
