  The gym itself is a nice size too. It has all the equipment you could possibly need, and it never gets overcrowded.

  Coach Jason is in it for transformations. He loves helping people adopt a healthy lifestyle and less about making super strong pro athletes. This creates a very warm, welcoming, fun, and supportive atmosphere for everyone.

  I had always been intimidated by CrossFit but really wanted to give it a try. I joined the 6 week challenge at CrossFit Uffda. Everyone made me feel comfortable the minute I walked in the door. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to try out CrossFit to join CrossFit Uffda. You will be welcomed right away and find yourself wanting to go back everyday! Classes tend to be smaller therefore it feels close to 1 on 1 training!

  This gym is awesome. It does not matter if you are in a great shape or if you have not done any sport in the last 200 years, they will work with you to achieve your goals. The atmosphere is really fun and lay back in general, super serious and focused when working out. Coaches know what they are doing, great variety of people and levels. I started with the 6 weeks trial and will stick there for a while, would recommend to anybody that wants to have fun while getting great results achieved!
