Baker's Ribs

We were there for of course the millionth time. I am originally from Texas and this is the ONLY place we will go for BBQ
We love Al and all the guys. Your amazing but your food is even more amazing. Love the crazy Greeks

The food was delicious and they were understandably busy. Most people seemed to be getting take out but they did have an ample seating area.

The entry area was a bit cramped and it was difficult to maunver from the ordering counter to the register. There were shelves and shelves of pig figurines in the entry area. They were not overly dusty, but they made the entry feel cluttered and took up space that could have been used for standing room.

We ordered two full slabs of ribs with spicy sauce, baked beans, and cole slaw. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, smokey, and delicious. The spicy BBQ sauce was not super spicy (had a nice zip to it), and not too sweet - very good! I like a little more heat, but flavor is more important. The baked beans were very good and the coleslaw was fantastic!

I would absolutely order food again as take out!

Wow. I need to say it again, Wow.
I ordered a full rack dry with no sauce or sides and that was a meal! Just parking the car you can smell the barbecue and when you enter, you know you are in a great place.
Right behind the counter is a multi door blackened smoker device probably like 12' long and they feed it with logs to keep it smoldering all night and smaller chucks of hardwoods during the day to smoke.
The flavor is excellent and the ribs are very tender, they cut the rack for you into individual ribs to make it easier to eat. Excellent quality meat and large portion.
For reference I travel both domestically and internationally around 120 nights per year eating all sorts of local foods and these ribs are hands down the best!

This place is the best! They're like a ma and pa shop with a big take on cooking and flavor. My bf and I literally will drive 15mins out of the way to eat there... *Drool!* They make their own bbq sauce and the portions are great!
